We shall take all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on our Website www.smartlivingIndia.com is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website, subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the product(s). However, users have to understand that Smart Living India shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of product due to any circumstances beyond our control. Nonetheless, Smart Living India takes all required and necessary steps to ensure that the delivery of the product is within above mentioned timelines.
NB: We continuously monitor our shipments, and any delivery exceptions will be given top priority. If there are any delivery-related concerns that need the customer’s attention, input, or confirmation, we may get in touch with them.
Delivery charges are calculated point to point basis of the delivery partners we are associated with and as per actuals, unless otherwise mentioned explicitly.
We also offer FREE SHIPPING for all listed products with a minimum product cart value equivalent and above Rs. 1000/-.
When a customer places an order for multiple items to the same delivery location, Smart Living India will make every effort to ship all of the products together. However, this may not always be feasible due to product size, weight and/or logistics constraints.
For shipping to multiple addresses, we recommend that customers bundle orders or make bulk purchases based on each shipping address separately.
Product delivery will be handled by renowned third-party courier service providers such as Delhivery (primary choice), Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, IndiaPost, and others, and may differ based on the safe and reliable shipping method and PIN Code serviceability.
We now ship only to India, covering all jurisdictions. Once the pincode is entered, information about any pincode serviced throughout India can be viewed when placing an order on the product page.
If our delivery partners are unable to serve it, we would appreciate it if you could supply us with an alternate shipping pin code or collect it from the shipping agent. If you have any doubts about the deliverability of your pin code, please contact us before placing your order.
We primarily choose Delhivery or Blue Dart for Express (By Air) Shipments. The processing times will remain same as we try to ship all orders as quickly as we can. The Standard and Express are options we offer for the type of shipping – through Surface or by Air. If freight-restricted items are discovered within the shipment package, the shipping company may alter the mode of transportation.
Within Telangana, we offer Hyper Local Delivery through Uber, Rapido, Borzo, Uncle Delivery, Delihivery Direct, Porter, Shadowfax etc.

*This excludes our 2 days(max.) processing & packing time for shipping. Backordered items will take 7-10 days for new stock and shipped separately or combined (as per customer instruction). Combined single shipments will hold the ready stock till the backordered items arrive.

Currently, Smart Living India does not deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping and Billing Address is within India.
While using eco-friendly packing materials for shipment, we take the utmost care to package your product properly and ensure that you receive it securely.
You mat reach out to us (Phone/WhatsApp/Email) to cancel your order.
You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully, prior to the shipment is “Picked Up” by the courier partner. No free cancellation is allowed once the package is “Picked Up” or “In Transit”. Chargebacks will be applied after shipment leaving our store/warehouse. Chargebacks for such cancellations will incur Forward and Reverse Shipping charges and Payment Gateway charges if any.
You can track your orders under ‘My Order’ section of your account if logged using your account details. If logged and ordered as a guest, then you can see your shipment tracking information on the tracking page by providing the order details.
NB: You can also register with same email id used for placing the order to see the order details in ‘My Account’ section.
On receipt of the cancellation request, we will attempt to cancel the order/shipments as long as it is not “Picked Up”. Cancelling the shipment “In Transit” leads to chargebacks, and full refunds will not be issued. You will receive an email with intimation as soon as the cancellation is accepted and the amount paid towards the partial/full order will be refunded to you within 3-7 (three to seven) business days from the date of acceptance of cancellation request.
Upon acceptance of cancellation request the amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase or via credit to your store credit account which can be used for subsequent purchases. All refunds, except for refund to store credit account, shall be subject to our discretion, applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution. Refer to Refund policy for more details.
NB: If your original payment fails refund your amount and you still want to transfer the amount to your bank, then we might request you to share alternate details such as UPI ID, Bank Account details for NEFT/RTGS etc.
To avoid unusual and fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to cancel your bulk orders placed on the Platform. To avoid such cancellations of bulk orders, please contact us or write to info@smartlivingindia.com.
