Shipping and Cancellation Policy

SmartLivingIndia.com is an ecommerce platform of DIGX Tech Solutions, a registered company.

Smart Living India (“SmartLiving” or “Digx” or “Digx Tech Solutions” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its visitors and users (hereafter the “Customers”, “Visitors,” “you” or “your”), takes the privacy of your information utmost seriously. While we follow the best practices of ISO 27001:2013, we aim for our websites to be a safe and enjoyable environment for you. Smart Living India is committed towards safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all physical and electronic information assets of the organization. We ensure that the regulatory, operational and contractual requirements are fulfilled.

Shipping Policy

Our motto is to deliver you the product you choose, in the fastest way possible and bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations.

The company shall take all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on our Website www.smartlivingIndia.com is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website, subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the product(s). However, users have to understand that Smart Living India shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of product due to any circumstances beyond our  control. Nonetheless, Smart Living India takes all required and necessary steps to ensure that the delivery of the product is within above mentioned timelines.

Delivery charges calculation

Delivery charges are calculated point to point basis of the delivery partners we are associated with and as per actuals, unless otherwise mentioned explicitly.

Free shipping

We also offer FREE SHIPPING for few of our listed products with a default product cart value equivalent and above Rs. 1000/-.

Multiple products purchase

In a case where a customer books an order of multiple products in one transaction to the same shipping address, the Smart Living India would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues.

If a customer purchases multiple products in a single transaction with multiple shipping addresses, then the products cannot be split even if they are in the same pincode chosen individually by the user at the time of checkout. We advised our customer to make the bulk purchases/ group the orders basis the shipping address individually.

Delivery Partners

Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like by Smart Living India Supply Chain third party service partners by Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, IndiaPost, Shadowfax etc. may vary basis the fastest and safest delivery.

Shipping address services

We currently ship only in India covering all the jurisdictions. The information about any pincode being serviced within India can be checked while placing the order on the product page once the pincode is entered.

In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping pin code and check the availability.

Tracking Information

Visit our site to get the shipping address post completion of payment or once your order is shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking information.

International delivery

Currently, Smart Living India does not deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.

Packaging

We are determined to offer our customers great value for each penny that they spent in purchasing the products on our ecommerce website. We take utmost care while packaging by double packing and ensure you receive your product safely.

Cancellation Policy

In case you change your mind on the purchase of a Product(s), you may cancel the placed purchase order by visiting our website, under “My Orders” section of your account.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully, prior to the shipment is “Out for Delivery”. No cancellation is allowed once the package is “Out for Delivery”.

You can track your orders under ‘My Order’ section of your account if logged using your account details. If logged and ordered as a guest, then you can see your shipment tracking information.

To reduce last-minute cancellations and the risk of “chargebacks” from customers, it is always a good idea to have your customers agree to your cancellation and refund policy.

This should be attached to the customers’ order for future reference. Occasion makes this easy for you and your customers.

Next steps after cancellation

On receipt of the cancellation request, we will attempt to cancel the order/shipments as long as it is not “Out for Delivery”. You will receive an email with intimation as soon as the cancellation is accepted and the amount paid towards the partial/full order will be refunded to you within 3-7 (three to seven) business days from the date of acceptance of cancellation request.

Refund process

Upon acceptance of cancellation request the amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase or via credit to your store credit account which can be used for subsequent purchases. All refunds, except for refund to store credit account, shall be subject to our discretion, applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution. Refer to Refund policy for more details.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We don’t offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Bulk Orders

To avoid unusual and fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to cancel your bulk orders placed on the Platform. To avoid such cancellations and/or for bulk orders, please contact us or write to info@smartlivingindia.com.
