Can I pick up my order directly from your shop?

Currently there is no Store Pickup option available for customers right now.

Can I return a product?

We at SmartlivingIndia are committed to provide you with only the tested & reviewed best products. If you still have any challenge in using the product, write to us within 7 days of the delivery of the product for us to initiate the return. Refer to ‘Return Policy’ for more details.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancelling of your order is possible only before we initiate the delivery. The same can be tracked from our website.

How can I get a refund?

Refund will be initiated upon receiving the returned product.

How is SmartlivingIndia is different from Others?

We at SmartlivingIndia are experienced in this industry from past 15 years and expertise in R&D, with that knowledge we list and promote only few products after thorough review and personally experimenting

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Currently, we ship within India only. Orders are processed within 2 days and delivered within 4-10 days from the date of invoice through local courier partner.

Is it secure to use my cards on this website?

We do not process Credit/Debit Cards in our website and thus we do not store any card data as well. We use trusted and certified Third-party Payment Processors to secure your transactions. Our website has SSL enabled to encrypt all traffic between you and the website.

Is there any installation required for the product?

Not all products require installation. Where needed the Installation manual with instructions will be available inside the product carton box.

A smart home product allows you to control appliances and other devices remotely using a smartphone or tablet through an internet connection

What are the Payments modes supported?

We accept payments through UPI and support all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards. We also accept Direct Bank Transfer through NEFT or RTGS.
