*Note: The longest supported distance between the Tapo Hub (Tapo H100 or H200) and a Tapo Sub-GHz IoT device is about 20 meters (with one wall in between).
It’s crucial to remember that on-site testing is required to ascertain the precise maximum distance supported owing to possible interference in real-world usage scenarios. Elevators, reinforced concrete walls, metal doors, window frames, and other metal items can all significantly reduce the distance at which Sub-GHz signals can travel. Signal transmission is significantly impacted by concrete walls as well.
