*Note: The longest supported distance between the Tapo Hub (Tapo H100 or H200) and a Tapo Sub-GHz IoT device is about 20 meters (with one wall in between).

Elevators, reinforced concrete walls, metal doors, window frames, and other metal items can all significantly reduce the distance at which Sub-GHz signals can travel. Signal transmission is significantly impacted by concrete walls as well.
